Scottsdale is one of the best-known cities in the state, thanks to its incredible golf courses and resorts. Scottsdale, Arizona, offers a luxurious lifestyle with high-end amenities and a favorable tax environment. Its thriving tourism and real estate sectors contribute to its wealth, attracting wealthy individuals and retirees. The Big Apple is home to 340,000 millionaires, 724 millionaires and 58 billionaires. It is the financial center of the United States and the richest city in the world according to several indicators.
It also houses the two largest stock exchanges in the world by market capitalization (the NYSE and the Nasdaq). The city encompasses the five boroughs of the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island, and has some of the most exclusive residential streets in the world, including Manhattan's 5th Avenue, where prices for premium apartments can exceed $27,000 per square meter. Scottsdale is extremely popular with Arizona residents, which is reflected in its colossal population of approximately 250,000 people. During my trip, I strolled the bustling streets of South Scottsdale and explored the city's wealthiest areas in North Scottsdale and the nearby Paradise Valley, where sprawling estates dot the mountainous desert landscape.
